as always, good quality made of very good ingredients and the pill has good size. iron is the one of the most important minerals and this one comes in a good package with many many benefits and it is a good supplement to take away symptoms of dizziness and hair fall. of course the frequency is mentioned, The taste is not bad and it doesn't have any deficiencies. all in all it's a good composition
