I've been taking these for some time. 1g per capsules, and 240 capsules, so these can last you some time. If you don't have any tummy issues taking ascorbic acid (I don't at all), this is a good product. Suggestion: take these after meals! It will be easier on the tummy, since it will be mixed with food and fats, and so on. Plus, vitamin C will increase bioavailability of other nutrients, like iron, for example. If you need to reduce your iron, this is maybe something to be careful about (maybe skip the vitamin C after an iron-rich meal). Quality and ingredients are good! Non GMO as well!
