I truly notice a difference when I take this supplement. Vitamin D3 and K2 work fantastic together. Winter is coming on fast, and the winter blues are fast upon me. Taking D3 and K2 had really helped me through last year’s winter. I really notice a difference when I did not take it. In the off-season I am outside often and no not to wear any sunglasses so my eyes absorb vitamin D well. But the colder it gets the less time I’ll be spending outside. First purchase - got 2 bottles. My deficiency in Vitamin D requires me to take a supplement daily. Good package and size. Like that it comes with K2, something I just learned and only need to take one capsule. While watching Dr Eric Berg's video, found that I needed to have it with Magnesium with B6 in order to absorb the Vitamin D.

I love this brand for the majority of my supplements. I find that they are free from fillers and priced fairly. I up my intake of D & K2 during winter when the sun isnt out as much. I notice this keeps me healthy because it helps immune system and also helps bone health
