Main ingredients are both vit D and K. It is perfect since vit D is more effective combined along with vit K. As a woman, who in general are more prone to bone problems, and also living in a place lacking the sun, additional vit D intake is a must to cope with vit D deficiency. Dosage for adults is 1-2 capsules daily, WITH food. Capsule size is rather small to me, very easy to swallow. Overall, good quality for the price.

The main ingredients are both vitamin D and vitamin K. Vitamin D is perfect as it is more effective when used with vitamin K. As a woman who is generally more prone to bone problems and also lives in a place devoid of sunlight, additional vitamin D intake is essential to combat vitamin D deficiency. Adult dosage is 1-2 capsules per day WITH food. The capsule size is quite small in my opinion, very easy to swallow. Overall, good quality for the price.

This supplement of D3 and K2 is a very good combo since they are synergistic. The D3 is good if you lack sun exposure and K2 potassium is beneficial to good health and helps with the absorption of D3. It is taste-less and small size veg cap easy to swallow. The dosage is one pill a day which is a plus. Don't mix with any alphabet vitamins with magnesium or they won't work.

I saw this from NOW foods while looking for both of these vitamins. The dosages were the perfect amount and of course it’s of high quality. I have bought this twice now and it the perfect combination of vitamin ingredient that you need for health. I highly recommend getting this it will also last you and save you money rather than buying both vitamins separately!

Good quality; great price. I started taking this product when I was found to be dangerously low in Vit. D but couldn’t tolorate the prescription mega dose. We decided to build up slowly. I quickly noticed mood changes, more rapid wound healing, better sleep, and a number of other improvements.size and ingredient excellent!
