I've been using some of the NOW nutritional supplements for many years and I was satisfied with achieving my health goals with their products. In my opinion, this propolis extract does the work of strengthening my immune system especially during the cold and flu seasons. Whenever I felt some discomfort or congestion in my throat, I took 1-2 capsules (with or without food) and the next day the symptoms were gone. I consider myself a good pill swallower, but this thing is huge, it’s always making me gag out the pill.. it’s too thick I don’t know I think you need to be a pro to swallow it, it has no taste, size is big, lots of product inside, packed well. I guess it has antiviral benefits?
