I really like this propolis because it comes in capsules and doesn't have the strong taste of propolis. Since I started taking propolis, I haven't had any more colds or flu. Propolis is a natural antibiotic.

Good quality ingredients nice smell too ,natural antibiotic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, I use for body immunity, for me relieves stomach relief, even so.e leg spasms in my left leg,I hope more benefits while I write this 1/4 capsules used sofar , no side effects .I also have a liquid form of this to ,white green bottle .Will buy this again .
