I really like this propolis because it comes in capsules and doesn't have the strong taste of propolis. Since I started taking propolis, I haven't had any more colds or flu. Propolis is a natural antibiotic.

With its high levels of amino acids, minerals, vitamins and flavonoids and its topical anti-bacterial properties, propolis supports the body's own immune defences.
It’s natural and has good taste.
