this is kinda supplement that we need to take it. quality is good, but at least i hope it is good. ingredients are regular. dosage is not too much. size is okay to swallow without water. it will help you to improve your immunity, improve your overall health condition, and u may see the effect.

At this time I live in Oregon where there’s very little sun and it’s constantly raining, so vitamin D3 is indispensable. When I get tested, my levels are always low, but after taking vitamin D3 for two months with a one-month break, my levels more or less balance out.

this is a quality product and at least one per day is an ideal dosage at 125 micrograms per soft cap. an easy to swallow size. neutral and taste it's great for days when I can't get out into the sunlight. fish gelatin based for good absorption and assimilation into the bone. taking this daily assures I will have no deficiency in this essential vitamin.

This is my first time using Vitamin D from iHerb.Thw size is small and easy to swallow. The ingredient is from tilapia, but I didn't taste it. I take Vitamin D after meals for my immunity and bone. I used vitamin d from different brands, I think this one has good quality and right dosage.

I loathe selfies, and am squinting in the sun. I have big pores, but not too many wrinkles for my age. Unfortunately, plenty of gray… These are good quality supplements, which anyone would like. Just follow dosage instructions. The smell isn’t overpowering, and it’s a good price. I really like the California Gold coconut oil, too. Vitamin D3 is a necessary vitamin, helping with skin and hair. Try to get some natural sunlight when you can, which is a good source of VitD, for a few minutes here and there. Which is what I’m doing now!

It does the job. Cant tell if theres any changes, only been using for less than a month.

Fits into my routine easily, dosage is one gel per day.

Size wise, its small. Tastes like any other soft gel pill. If youve tasted one, you know what im talking about. Package is same as advertised.

Its cost effective, 1 bottle for 3 months.

Gonna try further and see.

I like the quality of this brand the ingredients are on point the size is decent to dosage is up to your discretion it's great for immunity if you don't have a lot of sun exposure to the packaging is clean the effects will be after a couple months maybe not right away but if you have a deficiency that's great to drink with vitamin c or orange juice for absorption for your bones and there is a little funky taste but it's normal but the pill is a little big.

Great vitamins and price. We have been buying them for years. Good for adults, we like the dosage, as you can take 1 or 2 per week and don't need to take it every day. Small size, easy to use . recommended to take all year round but especially for winter period when there is no sun days

Unfortunately we live in a cold countries and there is no sun. I recommend it to all my friends who live in Europe, North America and all cold countries. I felt much better after taking the daily dose of vitamin D in terms of energy, vitality and immunity against colds.
