Vitamin d3 is very good product , very quallity . After Two Monts od yousing IT i can se defrence. I have verry BAD imunne sistem , and when IT Drops i have very BAD dandruff , and after 2 weeks od yousing IT , my dundreff gone. Ive bougt 11 vitamins and ALL together makes very pozitive defrent

I’m taking it with magnesium orotate for my heart condition. I could say it’s helping me feel better. I like the size of each capsule, taste good too plus I like the packaging small enough to put it inside your bag. I don’t go out in the sun too much that’s why I think taking vitamin D will be a huge help for me. Dosage is what I only need. I like it so much.

I usually have problems with absorption of vitamins and other nutrients, so not every brand has an effect on me. But this particular product helps. 2 years ago I had a severe deficiency of vitamin D, and it took a couple of tries to find the supplement that worked for me but I guess everything in this one works the best in my case)
