It's hard to find a combination of D3 + K2 with good ratio. Normally most brand gives high amount of D3 like 5000IU with very little K2 (less than 100mcg). This CGN brand pairs 5000IU of D3 with 120mcg of K2 (the perfect daily dose of K2 for bone health). You can adjust the dosage by taking them separately if you want to. Always choose K2 in its natural form MK7 Menaquinone. MK7 has higher bioavailability and longer half-life.
