I wanna try this supplement because i had issue on astigmatism and sometimes my eye feels dried and turned red. So far by consuming this vitamins i would say it helped me with my night driving and also reduce glare whenever i drive in the afternoon. I also gave this to my mother for her cataracts and glaucoma. So far so good.

I take a large stack of supplements (I try to follow b.johnsons as closely as i can). It has been 1 month on this particular stack including Lutein and I feel pretty fantastic. I do follow a consistent exercise regime and eat very healthily so one can never really tell if one supplement makes a difference! But everything stacked together contributes to my overall feeling of health and wellbeing. I will get bloods done after 2-3 months using this to see if it is effective or not. So far so good!

High quality vitamin Lutein comes in a big size box, great benefit for healthy eyes, 1 tablet is a daily dosage. I needed it a lot because of problems with retina, it was the doctor’s recommendation . Also good with Vitamin A combination. 120 softhearted tablets, gluten free. No specific taste. Recommended.
