Don’t need any refrigeration and great on the go. Capsule is not huge one and easily swallowed. Does not cause any bloatedness or discomfort to the stomach, which I can get pretty sensitive on some medication.

i purchased these, based on all the reviews that i see. i add to part of my daily vitamin regime. i have noticed im not as gassy. love that for sure. it helps alot with my digestion, and who doesnt benefit from that, love these supplements. the pills are not too big. easy to swallow. great for gut health
