I've been taking this for nearly a year now, the size are easily swallow and it did wonders for my constipation, and it's a veggie caps. so there's no after taste. Also its a individual package
The quality is good, I hv been taking this for near a year now. A big benefit to my digestion system too.

I bought these based on reviews. The box was unsealed. The capsules are flat from one side. I am not sure if that is a manufacturing problem. I’ve been taking 1 capsule a day (after a meal) for a month now. They seem to be working.

I used other probiotics with digestive enzymes from other brands ( enzymedica probiotics Golds). So I am not sure if this one is more effective or if Its safe to use them for an extended period of time. I will come back with an update after a month.

One of the best probiotics I’ve used!

My stomach was very sick. I drank it for two months and actually in a short time I started to feel better, after a month I forgot what it is to have a swollen belly. I highly recommend it. In a while I will definitely buy it again.
I have a really finicky digestive system, and I can only take a few supplements to help with this. This is a great value as most supplements that help like this are twice as expensive.Love the quality, packaging, benefits ingredients ????????

I’ve been taking these for years and am quite happy with them. They really help me with digestion. As someone who mostly eat veggies, I’ve always had good digestion but it doesn’t hurt to get more help from Lactobif. They’re affordable and in veggie capsules which is super important for a vegan like me. I also appreciate that they are shelf stable and so I don’t mind ordering them from Asia. Priobiotics are so important and I don’t think enough people know how valuable they are. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to keep their gut healthy without breaking the bank.
